CUSTOM SIMULATORS
We design and build flight simulators and their components from the ground up. Whether transforming a real fuselage or creating a custom panel, cockpit, or cabin section, we deliver quality and realism as standard.
We work closely with our clients to understand their specific needs and preferences, ensuring every detail aligns with their vision. Through detailed consultations and ongoing communication, we tailor each element to create a unique and immersive experience.
We have extensive experience with:
-
Flight Schools
-
Corporate clients (As technology demonstrators)
-
Private clients (for flight training and entertainment)
-
Theater, Film and TV Companies
-
Universities
COMPLETED PROJECTS
Beechcraft King Air B200 - JEBi
Based on an existing King Air B200 aircraft, the following modifications and repairs were carried out:
-
Switching software to X-Plane 12
-
Complete rewiring of the simulator, using self-developed boards
-
Repair of the backlighting of the cabin panels
-
Manufacturing of analog watches, achieving 100% functionality
-
Commissioning of the annunciator panel, including fault simulation
-
Development of custom aircraft instruments in Air Manager
-
Upgrading main PC to achieve adequate performance
-
Custom manufacturing of the time clock in both commands
Cessna 172 G1000 - Aeroclub Pampeano
In an analog Cessna 172 simulator that was out of service due to lack of technical support from the original manufacturer, the equipment was upgraded with the following changes:
PCATD Certification
Converting an analog panel to a G1000 Glass Cockpit using proprietary equipment
Custom manufacturing of a new front panel
Installing a standalone VSIM GFC500 autopilot
Complete replacement of the position sensors of the controls and pedals
Manufacturing of electric position indicators for trim and flaps
Changing the simulator architecture, using 3 networked PCs
DEVELOPMENT PROCESS
01
Research and Proposals
As soon as we receive the project, we begin working on developing a detailed written proposal with several alternatives, while staying in touch to provide the best solution.
02
CAD Design
Once we agree on the final proposal and receive the deposit, we begin a thorough research process followed by a detailed CAD design process. The client will have the opportunity to review the final design and request changes before we move forward.
03
PCB Development & Component Sourcing
At the beginning of this phase, we identify which electronic components are commercially available and which require custom design. Our team will then focus on designing and creating the instruments and controls.
04
Manufacturing
We order the necessary components and begin manufacturing all the custom parts in our workshop using the latest manufacturing techniques. This phase combines all the previous work and marks the moment the project comes to life.
05
Complete Check and Test Flights
For complete simulators, the customer visits our workshop and performs a complete check of the simulator, verifying the operation of all systems and instruments. Once approved, the manufacturing stage is complete.
06
Delivery and Installation
The simulator is disassembled and shipped to the destination. Our team usually travels to the site to assist with installation, perform testing, and provide training. Individual parts or instruments are carefully packaged and shipped.
07
Continuous Support
Every simulator or component we manufacture comes with 12 months of technical support and software updates. If you have any issues, we're just a phone call away, ready to help.
